WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
We aim to send your order the day it is received. That means that you should usually receive the item within 2-3 days. Rural delivery may take a little longer. We are only able to courier items to a physical address.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
For North island customers a flat charge of $15 for non-rural and $20 for rural. For South Island customers a flat charge of $20 for non-rural and $25 for rural. An order tracking number will be provided. If your order has not arrived in the time-frame outlined above, please contact us either by email info@wellingtonchristmascompany.co.nz
